O'Fallon
O'Fallon hasn't posted a 2026 P&Z schedule. Our deadlines are projected from the 2024 rule (Friday 34 days before the meeting, noon). Ask for the current schedule PDF and confirm the deadline rule.
The city's ward pages are out of date. Need: first names and wards for council members Wexler, Boyer and Taylor; full names of P&Z commissioners (minutes give last names only); name of the planning director and city engineer.
St. Charles County (Unincorporated)
Only the 2025 schedule is posted. Our 2026 submittal deadlines are projected (Friday 26 days before the meeting). Ask for the 2026 meeting and submittal schedule.
Are commissioners Ellis and Shell still serving (holdovers past term)? Get full names and term dates.
Dardenne Prairie
The city publishes P&Z meeting dates but no submittal deadlines. Ask how far ahead a rezoning application must be filed for a given P&Z meeting. Also ask the new November P&Z date (being moved for Veterans Day).
Weldon Spring
Only Oct–Dec 2026 meetings are on the city calendar; no submittal deadlines or agenda archive online. Ask for the P&Z meeting schedule into 2027, submittal deadlines, and the rezoning process.
St. Charles
Sources conflict: Jim Wright vs. Nicholas Galla. Ask who the current Director of Public Works is.
St. Peters
Julie Powers (Director of Planning) retired Sep 11, 2026; Ken Braunfeld appears to have taken over. Confirm his title and whether the director role was filled.
Josephville
No website. Ask: does the village have a P&Z commission or does the board handle rezonings? Meeting schedule, who to submit to, and whether they have a zoning code and map (or follow the County's).
Weldon Spring Heights
No website. Ask: who handles zoning and rezonings, meeting schedule, contact for submittals, and whether there is a zoning code and map.
Flint Hill
P&Z meets "the Monday before the Board meeting, as needed" and posts nothing online. Ask: is P&Z meeting Oct 19, Nov 16 or Dec 14, 2026, and at what time? How far ahead must a rezoning petition be filed for a given hearing? Is a 2027 Board schedule out? Is there a zoning map shapefile or current PDF map?
Foristell
P&Z meets 3rd Thursday as applications require; no submittal deadlines posted. Ask how far ahead a rezoning application must be filed, and confirm the Oct 15, Nov 19 and Dec 17, 2026 P&Z dates.
West Alton
The website lists P&Z and Board members but no code or meetings. Ask: is there a zoning code and map (the land use permit form names a zoning district), how rezonings work, and when P&Z and the Board of Aldermen meet. Floodplain rules (NFIP) apply to nearly the whole city.
Augusta
