No submittal deadlines or P&Z agendas posted online; agendas are posted at the City Office and the Flint Hill Post Office. Mailed notice is by certified mail, postmarked 15 days before the P&Z hearing. Unpaid notice balances within 10 days of demand mean the application is not heard. Downtown Special District (Hwy P) projects also need Architectural Review Board approval. City adopted a 2026 Comprehensive Plan and is planning Hwy P downtown streetscape improvements.
