We would like to have only the municipalities that we have active projects or that we are prospecting show up. Can you have a dropdown menu for us to select the appropriate municipalites and then leave them until we uncheck them. Default would be all municipalities that are being worked in PROJECTS, with the ability to select others.

Each card shows municipality, acreage, zoning, next key date (deadline / P&Z / council from the timeline estimate), checklist progress, open tasks, latest note and time in current stage. Start logging stage changes so progression history builds up. About half a day.
